Legal help is available to assist eligible Bell residents who need advice and counsel, legal document preparation and/or court representation. The Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice (LACLJ) provides a complete array of legal services that address such issues as domestic violence, child custody, divorce, landlord/tenant disputes, foreclosures, and/or wrongful evictions.

In addition, LACLJ is equipped with trained professionals who specialize in counseling, advocacy and social services. Of special interest are unique programs offered by LACLJ for teens, minors, and women who require legal assistance but may not have the resources to obtain help.
