Welcome to the official Bell website. I hope that you will find the website useful and helpful. As we look toward summer, I invite you to visit any one of Bell's parks and open space facilities to enjoy free family fun! We are also offering a variety of safe and free events to help you beat the heat.

  • Enjoy one of Bell's many great parks this season.

    Check out our special summertime hours. VETERANS' MEMORIAL PARK is open Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. CAMP LITTLE BEAR PARK is open Monday-Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. DEBS PARK is open Monday-Friday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. To make reservations for a picnic or pavilion area, CLICK HERE.
  • Looking for something to entertain the kids?

    Kids can stop by for water play at CAMP LITTLE BEAR and VETERANS' MEMORIAL PARK 1 - 4 p.m. weekdays, 12 - 4 p.m. weekends. While at Camp Little Bear, kids should also check out LITTLE BEAR LINKS. This new golf course is designed for kids aged 5-12 and offers a challenging and fun way to build hand-eye coordination and self confidence. Little Bear Links is open weekdays, 2:30 - 4:30 p.m., weekends 1 - 4 p.m.
  • Bell offers FREE family-friendly movies throughout the summer!

    Join us for Movies by Moonlight at CAMP LITTLE BEAR on June 19, July 17, August 21 and September 18; 8 to 9:30 p.m. Or stop by for Films at VETERANS' MEMORIAL PARK on June 5, August 7, September 4 and October 2; 6:30 to 8 p.m.
  • The BELL LIBRARY is offering summer reading programs and events for children and teens.

  • Go Daytrippin'!

    Bell is offering great Family Day Trips for as little as $3 per person. See the EXCURSIONS section of the Bell Family Guide for details.
  • Trying to kick start your exercise regimen?

    Check out the OUTDOOR FITNESS ZONE at Debs Park. This new facility offers state of the art cardiovascular, resistance and strengthening equipment made to get you moving. Or enjoy a nature walk or bike ride along the LOS ANGELES RIVER BIKE PATH.
  • In Bell, families help families.

    Visit the BELL FOOD STATION on the second Wednesday of every month for food assistance. Rice, beans, produce and many other food items are available for Bell residents most in need. Clothing, toys and some household items can also be found. Every month over 500 Bell families receive help.
