Y.O.T.L.O.T., an acronym for Youth of Today, Leaders of Tomorrow, is a place where high school-aged students can meet, mingle, play games and study. Y.O.T.L.O.T. features:

  • Foosball, air hockey and pool table
  • Game systems
  • Music, karaoke and stage
  • Snack bar
  • Teen services available
  • Computer access and free WIFI available
  • Comfortable seating areas to hang out

Bell Sk8 Park
Located next to Y.O.T.L.O.T, the City of Bell has it's very own skateboarding park with a course that features multiple areas from novice to expert that challenge skateboarders of all skill levels. It's a great place to hang out and practice.


Teen Volunteer Opportunities
Bell high school students, do you need volunteer hours to satisfy community service requirements?

  • Bell has fun and challenging opportunities for teens available at Bell parks and facilities.


    Serve your community! Stop by Y.O.T.L.O.T. or the Bell Community Center to sign up to become a volunteer.
  • Become a homework helper at the Bell Library!
