registration form and mail or return in person to Bell Community Center, 6250 Pine Avenue, Bell, California, 90201. Register in person Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Please make checks payable to the City of Bell. Please do not enclose cash. The City of Bell also accepts Mastercard or Visa for persons registering in person. Registration continues until all classes are full.

- Class Description: Beginning Jazz gives the dancer a comprehensive introduction to basic jazz techniques. Emphasis on placement, focuses on basic jazz dance components, performance quality, and syncopated rhythms. Center combinations, floor combinations and the introduction of jumps and turns.

- Ages: 17 and older

- Class Description:Tai-Chi is known for its health benefits in helping balance the body & mind. In practicing this gentle art, the exercises of Tai Chi are known to reduce stress mentally, and reduce muscular stress on al parts of the body.
- This class is based on the popular Yang Style short 27 movement form. Qi-Gong exercises which will strengthen a student's internal energies through breathing and mental exercises.
